Secure Packaging
Pack the sports equipment securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
